This personalised homepage acts as a central hub for users to:
- Revisit browsed products
- Access previously purchased items
- Explore relevant category, brand, and offer content
- View personalized Advantage card content
This in turn, will increase the conversion rate from the homepage and Average Order Value (AOV).

The objective is to determine if providing a personalised homepage experience on Boots.com increases key metrics:
