This personalised homepage acts as a central hub for users to:

  • Revisit browsed products
  • Access previously purchased items
  • Explore relevant category, brand, and offer content
  • View personalized Advantage card content

This in turn, will increase the conversion rate from the homepage and Average Order Value (AOV).

The objective is to determine if providing a personalised homepage experience on Boots.com increases key metrics:
